Spirehouse are currently supporting a midlands based Local Authority in need of a Income Recovery Officer.
The Opportunity:
This is a great interim opportunity to join a highly efficient and professional service that places itself in a strong position to meet the challenges and demands of maximising income collection and sustaining tenancies at every opportunity.
The successful candidate will have:
* A Social Housing background and additionally experience in Income Recovery/Income Management
* Knowledge of local Authority
* Excellent customer service skills along with communicational skills
* A good working knowledge of universal credit
* 2 years minimum experience of working within an Income department (Rent arrears, income collection or recovery)
Further information:
* Start ASAP
* 1 Months Temporary (Strong chance of extension)
* £16.50 per hour via Umbrella (Negotiable on experience)
* Full time working pattern – 37 hours
Requirements:
* Full UK driver licence with access to a vehicle
* Previous experience within this remit
