Salary: £27k to £33k + commission

We are now looking for a driven, results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:

Identify and pre-screen talented individuals who would be well-suited to working in an education setting
Organise your time to ensure key administrative tasks are completed to adhere to compliance standards
Follow up with prospective candidates to support their journey through the candidate cycle
Build a portfolio of schools across SEN, Primary and/or Secondary in which you can place said candidates
Utilise research, cold-calling and effective marketing strategies to win new businessSkills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesWhat We Offer:
