The Company:

Main duties:
Process sales orders accurately to ensure customers receive the correct goods, on time, and at the right price

The role:
- Handle dispatch administration and coordinate with couriers for the best shipping options and rates
- Communicate with internal departments to prioritise production and urgent orders
- Keep customers updated with order documentation, tracking details, and delivery information
- Obtain proof of delivery and resolve any delivery queries promptly
- Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets for Sales, Accounts, and Purchasing teams

The candidate:
- Previous experience in an admin role
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident and motivated candidate
- IT literate
