Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant

Support pupils in class, helping them feel confident, calm and ready to learn

Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support

Encourage independence, positive behaviour and self-belief

Offer patient, nurturing emotional support when pupils need it most

Confident working as part of a close-knit school team

Experienced working with children (school experience is beneficial but not essential)

Able to reliably travel to Rowley Regis
