My client is an award winning regional contractor looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join the business on a full time permanent basis. The projects cover a wide variety of new build and refurbishment works with value from £100k to £5m. You would manage a portfolio of works working with the Site Manager and QS to ensure the projects run smoothly and would have involvement with the programming, RAMS etc. The ideal candidate would have worked with a regional contractor managing similar projects although my client is open to seasoned CM's or up and coming Project/Site Managers looking to make the step up in their career.
