I'm partnering with a dynamic education provider, who's in need of a CIMA qualified, detail-oriented and proactive Management Accountant to join a dynamic education organisation. The successful candidate will manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting regulations, and provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
Manage accounts payable and other day-to-day financial operations
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and balance sheets
Oversee quarterly VAT returns and year-end processes
Mentor and support junior finance staff
Ensure financial practices align with organisational goalsSkills & Experience:

CIMA qualified
Strong knowledge of management accounts and financial reporting
Experience mentoring junior staff and collaborating with non-finance teams
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:
