Veterinary Surgeon – Up to £65,000 DOE | 4-Day Week | Supportive Team | Wellness Benefits

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and experienced team. If you're seeking a role with great work-life balance, a supportive environment, and rewarding clinical variety, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role:

Schedule: 4 days a week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Hours: 9:00am to 7:00pm (10-hour shifts)
Saturdays: Occasional Saturday morning phone triage (emergencies only – further details discussed at interview)
Out of Hours: No out-of-hours required – for a better work-life balance!What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be responsible for the full range of first-opinion veterinary duties, including:

Routine consultations and diagnostics
Soft tissue surgery and dentistry
Preventative healthcare and client education
Working closely with a skilled nursing team
Maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring excellent patient and client careAbout You:

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
Comfortable with a mix of medical and surgical cases
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Enthusiastic, caring, and ready to contribute to a supportive practice cultureSalary & Benefits:

Salary up to £65,000, dependent on experience
