Piling Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager on behalf of our client.
The position will consist of Business Development, Marketing, and Managing Clients/Customer Feedback to seek out new business opportunities (tenders) and sell all of our clients ground engineering services.
Key Tasks: To identify future major projects that will potentially require input
To pro-actively identify and pursue new client's growth from existing clients in new areas
Attending projects to be aware of the latest business processes and capabilities to be able to engage with clients from a point of technical knowledge
To co-ordinate and develop business unit specific customer relationships and maintain key client records through the Salesforce platform Provide a customer orientated service which provides a company contact allowing the highest possible client satisfaction Assist the Proposals Co-ordinator and Estimating team with supporting documentation/presentations as necessary
Experience Required:
Experience of the UK geotechnical and construction industry
Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, database management and Desktop Publishing Proven ability to work well in a team or as an individual
Good customer-service focus and a professional approach Good time management Driven towards providing a quality service Full UK driving license
