Night Shift Supervisor – L32
Pay: £15.04 per hour + night shift allowance

Are you a hands-on leader with warehouse experience looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We’re looking for a Night Shift Supervisor to join our fast-paced team at our L32 location. In this role, you’ll support the Despatch Manager in running smooth warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at all times.

What you’ll do:

Lead and motivate a dedicated warehouse team, ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities.

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, from stock management to order picking and dispatch.

*

Monitor stock accuracy through Perpetual Inventory (PI) checks and maintain precise records.

*

Work closely with the Despatch Manager to plan staffing levels to meet fluctuating demand.

*

Ensure all orders are dispatched on time and meet customer specifications.

*

Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational compliance.

*

Report and manage any damage or issues in the warehouse promptly.

*

Receive training in our Warehouse Management System to stay ahead of operational requirements.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a supervisory role in a busy warehouse or distribution environment.

*

Current FLT and/or Reach Truck licence.

*

Strong understanding of all warehouse operations (goods-in, picking, stock movement).

*

Experience managing teams under tight quality and efficiency targets.

*

Excellent organisational skills and commercial awareness.

*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn bespoke systems.

*

Confident leader with strong people management skills, able to work independently.
