Mechanical Project Manager – Design & Build Projects
London & Surrounding Areas | £70,000 – £80,000 + Package
We’re supporting a leading mechanical contractor known for delivering high-quality D&B projects across commercial, leisure, and residential sectors. With project values ranging between £500,000 – £2.5 million, they’re now looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery on a number of live and upcoming schemes.
This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who is confident in taking ownership of a project from pre-construction through to handover, with strong coordination and leadership skills.
The Role:

Manage mechanical building services projects from concept to completion
Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
Attend client meetings and act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee procurement, labour, health & safety, and commissioning activities
Monitor project progress, budgets, and ensure quality and compliance at every stage
Lead and mentor junior staff where required What You’ll Need:

Proven track record delivering mechanical packages in the £500k – £2.5m range
Previous experience in a client-facing role
Ability to manage multiple project phases including pre-construction and delivery
Solid understanding of HVAC, ventilation, and mechanical services systems
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Experience working for a mechanical or M&E contractor What’s on Offer:
