What You'll Do

As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Build genuine relationships with clients and candidates using your personality, resilience, and communication skills.
Grow your own client portfolio and become their trusted tech specialist.
Source, engage, and manage top tech talent across the full recruitment lifecycle.
Become a true market expert through our tailored training programme.

What You Need

Ideally 6+ months' experience in sales
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
A competitive mindset and drive to smash targets in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
