? £90-£105 per day (depending on experience)

Are you a recent graduate looking to build experience in a secondary school setting? Schools across Hackney are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Graduate Teaching Assistants to support students across a range of subjects and year groups.

This role is ideal for someone considering a future in education, youth work, or child psychology and offers excellent exposure to school life before committing to further training or study.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing classroom support to students and teaching staff
Working 1:1 or with small groups to reinforce learning objectives
Supporting students with academic, emotional or behavioural needs
Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
Encouraging engagement, participation and positive behaviourWe're Looking For:

A graduate in any subject with a keen interest in education
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
An adaptable, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Any prior experience working with young people is a bonus (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering)What's on Offer:
