We’re working with a well-established chemical company based locally to Stourbridge who are looking to appoint a QHSE Advisor to the team. This role will suit candidates from a Quality Control or Compliance background. This permanent, full-time position is ideal for someone ready to lead on both compliance documentation and on-site safety and quality practices.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Managing QHSE documents and responding to customer/regulatory requests (REACH, CLP, SDS).

* Supporting audits, CAPA investigations, and compliance reports.

* Writing and reviewing blend sheets and job cards.

* Conducting routine lab QC tests (refractive index, Karl Fischer, etc.).

* Overseeing PPE use, yard signage, spill response, and maintenance needs.

* Delivering toolbox talks and promoting best practices across the site.

* Driving continuous improvement in safety, environmental controls, and quality.

You’ll Fit Right In If You Have:

* A background of working in the Chemical industry

* Experience with quality, safety, or compliance responsibilities

* A proactive mindset and strong communication skills

* An authoritative persona

* Confidence in both documentation and hands-on site involvement.

* Any existing QHSE training (IOSH, NEBOSH, ISO9001) is a bonus.

* Experience working in a fast paced position
