A respected and well-established insurance provider is seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team in Abingdon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for helping people to step into a role that combines exceptional customer service with small elements of sales. You’ll be supported with full training, ongoing development, and clear opportunities to progress within a growing insurance business.
 
What you’ll be doing:

Providing outstanding customer service to new and existing clients, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional
Listening carefully to customers’ needs and recommending suitable insurance options
Managing policy enquiries, renewals, and adjustments with accuracy and efficiency
Building lasting relationships that encourage customer loyalty and trust
Spotting opportunities for cross-sales and renewals — always in a helpful, consultative way
Working collaboratively with your team to meet shared service and performance goals 
Who we’re looking for:

Previous experience in customer service or salesc, ideally within insurance or financial services
A confident, empathetic communicator who enjoys helping people
Organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail
Positive, motivated, and eager to learn new skills
Commercially aware with the ability to identify when a customer may benefit from additional services

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
