Randstad UK CPE Team is looking to onboard a CSCS Labourer to join the team at Wallingford Site to support one of leading developers.

Job Title: Site Labourer
Location:Wallingford, Oxfordshire
Rate: £15.80 - £16.50 per hour (Experience depending)
Duration: Ongoing / Long-term
Start Date: ImmediateThe Role
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join the team at the prestigious residential development in Wallingford. You will be working on a major residential project for a leading UK housebuilder, assisting with the final stages of current phases and the start of new groundworks.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized site environment.
Assisting skilled trades (Carpenters, Bricklayers, and Dryliners).
Moving materials and unloading deliveries safely.
Ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed strictly.
Assisting the Site Management team with daily tasks.Requirements

Valid CSCS Card
Full PPE (Hard hat, High-vis, Steel toe-cap boots).
Previous experience on a busy residential construction site.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to provide at least one professional reference.
