I am currently recruiting for a Small Works Manager for a main contractor based in East London to work on multiple projects ranging up to £500k within sectors including commercial and residential within London and the Home Counties.

Projects include - £500k extension on an existing property in Hammersmith & Fulham & a £140k drainage & groundwork's package on a commercial building in Lewisham

Key duties will be - H&S management, programme (short to medium term), ability to set up sites RE RAMS, Q/A, Welfare etc and report into a Operations Manager.

My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate or basic salary including car allowance, travel and pension with the position looking to start ASAP but the client is happy to wait if the candidate has a notice period.
