JOB TITLE: Service Administrator
EMPLOYING ENTITY: AGM
EMPLOYMENT BASIS: Permanent
LOCATION: Wigan
HOURS OF WORK: 42.5 per week
REPORTS TO: TBD
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
In your role as Service Administrator, you will provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of the Service Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Answering the Service Office phone
* Scheduling and making appointments for maintenance jobs
* Handing all customer enquiries in a polite manner, providing good customer service at all times and forging good relationships with our clients and other departments
* Raising callouts
* Preparing Service quotations
* Submitting permits
* Providing relevant paperwork to customers; RAMS, visit reports etc.
* Providing 24/7 cover Duty Manager call out rota if required
* Assisting with day to day Service Office tasks
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
* Organised and self-motivated
* Ability to keep calm in high activity environment
* Excellent communications skills with ability to quickly build rapport with engineers and customers.
* Competent Microsoft Office user
* Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and written
* Attention to detail
* Customer focused
* A pleasant and friendly “can do” attitude
* Good telephone manner
