Site Managers (x2) – Apartment Fit-Out – Manchester - 4 month contract

We’re looking for 2 experienced freelance Site Managers to deliver the high-end interior fit-out of luxury apartments at a flagship development in Manchester.

? Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee premium fit-out works including:
- Kitchen installation
- Flooring
- Final decoration & snagging
- Ensure top-tier finishes across all units
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage day-to-day site operations
- Use Priority One or Field View for digital snagging and quality control

✅ Requirements:
- Strong background in luxury residential fit-out
- Experience delivering high-spec finishes
- Confident managing interiors through to final handover
- Proficient with Field View or Priority One
- Based near Manchester or able to travel
