Cover Supervisor - Key Stage 1 & 2
Location: Stoke-on-Trent area
Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Full-time, term-time only
Start Date: As soon as possible

Aspire People are looking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant Primary School in the Stoke area. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional with a strong background in covering lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

About the Role:
As Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring a positive learning environment in the absence of the class teacher. You'll work alongside a dedicated staff team that is focused on improving outcomes for all children and fostering a love of learning.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience of covering classes across Key Stage 1 and 2
- A clear understanding of effective teaching and learning practices
- High expectations for pupil progress, behaviour, and engagement
- The ability to make learning enjoyable, accessible, and purposeful
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping all children succeed
- A team player with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
