ACCOUNT MANAGER - LARGE FORMAT GRAPHICS

EAST SUSSEX

£Negotiable (Depending on Experience)

Hours: 8am - 5pm

Holidays: 23 days + 8 Bank Holiday

Our client is a leading provider of large format display graphics based in East Sussex. They design, print and install high quality film, wall coverings, vinyl and boards including foamboard, PVC Foamex, acrylic, Dibond, wood as well as new environmentally sustainable materials. They are currently looking for an office-based Account Manager to help with inbound enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to inbound enquiries via phone and email.
Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, specifications, and deadlines.
Prepare and issue quotations using Clarity MIS (experience preferred but not essential; training provided).
Follow up on quotations and previous enquiries to maximise conversion rates.
Process orders, ensuring all details are accurate and production teams are briefed correctly.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure jobs are delivered on time and to client expectations.
Maintain accurate client and job records within Clarity MIS and CRM systems.
Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally
