What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
✔️ Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email with a professional and friendly approach
✔️ Producing and managing quotes, processing customer orders, and updating internal systems
✔️ Liaising closely with the warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
✔️ Raising and checking invoices, resolving any issues that may crop up along the way
✔️ Creating tailored documents and visual work to match specific product types and client needs
✔️ Taking ownership of general admin tasks and supporting wider team projects as required
You’ll need to be confident using Microsoft Office, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent attention to detail. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is available immediately and looking for a role where no two days are the same.
