Location: Across Birmingham and the West Midlands
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term / Day-to-day supply
Salary: £85 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils across the classroom or on a 1:1 basis, ensuring they are engaged and making progress.

Work closely with the class teacher to deliver lessons and learning activities.

Assist with classroom organisation, preparation of resources, and general admin tasks.

Encourage positive behaviour and help pupils develop confidence and independence.

Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

You'll play a vital role in helping pupils to thrive-both academically and emotionally.

What We're Looking For

Experience working with children or young people (in a school, nursery, or youth setting).

A friendly, patient, and proactive attitude.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
