M/LK Search are delighted to be supporting this unique, small, high-achieving secondary school in Lewisham who are looking to recruit a passionate and forward-looking leader to Head up their Geography.

The successful person will be joining a truly dynamic and progressive Humanities Team that supports its pupils to be happy and healthy, providing them the tools to critically assesses the world around them, and become well-informed changemakers.

You will be:

Passionate about Geography with a relevant degree
Hold Qualified Teacher Status in the UK with at least 2 year's successful teaching experience
An innovative and creative practitioner with the ability to lead a small department
Committed to raising standards, with the highest expectations of all students.
Committed to working collaboratively across Key Stages 3 and 4
Committed to developing as a teacher and leader, contributing to the continued development of the whole school
You will be leading a small and very successful Geography department and will be required to teach across Humanities. This role would suit an innovative and creative practitioner who is passionate about Geography and wishes to move into middle leadership.
