I’m currently working with a fantastic client based in Sawston, a growing business in the sustainable packaging industry. They’re looking to add a Production Operative to their team.

Role Overview:

Operating machinery and production equipment
Quality-checking products and packaging
Labelling, packing, and general production duties
Keeping the workspace clean and following health & safety guidelines
What We're Looking For:

Previous production or factory experience is ideal, but not essential – training will be provided
Good work ethic and attention to detail
Able to work well as part of a team
Interested in sustainability and eco-friendly practices
The Offer:

Salary of £28,000 – £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Full-time
Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm (no weekend work)
Free on-site parking
