Project Manager - Groundworks & Infrastructure

Yorkshire | Salary DOE + Vehicle + Package

We're recruiting for a forward-thinking contractor with an excellent track record delivering, new build, groundworks, roads, and infrastructure packages for residential and commercial developments.

They are looking to appoint a Project Manager to take ownership of high-profile schemes across the Yorkshire region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead delivery of construction new build, groundworks and civils packages from start to finish

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

Ensure project milestones and H&S standards are met

Work closely with the Contracts Manager and commercial team to manage programme and budgets

Attend client meetings and provide regular progress updates

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on civils or groundworks schemes

Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Full UK driving licence

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications essential
