You’ll be joining a growing desk, working closely with a fellow Wales consultant and our energetic Bristol-based team. The Opportunity: Education Recruitment Consultant (Schools Division)

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused consultant to join our Schools team, supporting schools across Wales.

This role would suit you if you:

· Have experience in education recruitment, teaching, or a sales/relationship-led role

· Enjoy building trusted partnerships with schools and educators

· Are motivated by targets but grounded in purpose

· Thrive in a collaborative, supportive team environment

If you’re a former teacher, your classroom insight will be invaluable. If you come from sales, your ability to build rapport, manage pipelines, and close with integrity will help you excel.

Location & Working Pattern

Office locations:

· AZTEC West, Bristol or High Street, Newport

Hybrid working:

· 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH (after probation)

· Mondays & Fridays are team days - starting and finishing the week together across the UK

Driver’s Licence and Vehicle Required

· Experience in UK based recruitment/sales and/or

· Experience of working in an education setting (ideal)

· A strong understanding of the local education market (essential)
