Industrial Temporaries are recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of an extremely well established client based in Coventry. The company is focused on the production and distribution of meats for the British wholesale market. They have strong values within the business, that has a philosophy of care, responsibility and compliance in everything they do. A positive work attitude is more important than experience for this role.

Day to Day Duties:

* Tidying and Rotation for fridge's.

* Assist with putting away & transfer pallets.

* Twice daily stock count of products.

* Assisting other staff to maintain flow of production- Cages, Crates, Ice, Crates on route etc.

* Helping to clean down at the end of each day.

* Moving stock to various locations.

* Aiding other departments when needed.

* Picking & Packing of Meats.

* Ensure a safe and clean working environment at all times.

* Ability to work at pace.

* Working in a refrigerated environment.

The ideal candidate:

* Happy and able to work in chilled/cold environment.

* Physically fit, no issues with some heavy lifting.

* Good attention to detail.

* Good communicational skills.

* Able to work well in a team but also independently.

* Have good spoken / written English.

* Have a positive 'can do' attitude.

* Comfortable working in a cold environment.

Onsite training will be provided for this role.

Hours:

* Monday to Friday 07:30am to finish (16:00-17:00).

Pay:

* £12.21 per hour basic with £16.65 overtime.
