As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll work closely with our Recruitment Consultants to source, screen, and manage candidates for a variety of roles. You’ll be a key player in helping us build talent pipelines and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels

Screen CVs and conduct telephone interviews

Build and maintain a strong candidate database

Schedule interviews and coordinate with consultants and clients

Write and post job adverts that attract high-quality talent

Maintain regular candidate contact to keep engagement high
