We're looking for committed Mathematics Teachers in the Preston area to motivate and captivate our KS3 and KS4 students. The daily pay for this position ranges from £155 to £230, depending on your experience, qualifications, and teaching level.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics education to students. Your role involves creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can develop their mathematical skills, critical thinking abilities, and problem-solving techniques.

Responsibilities:

Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned lessons and classroom displays
Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience in children
Having control over the whole class and maintaining discipline
Adhering to the curriculum, including up to date changes in the structure
Use assessment data to inform lesson planning
Set homework and mark promptly
Ensure a high quality of teaching and learning takes place
Deal with immediate problems/emergencies according to school policy and procedures
Strong knowledge of the curriculum
Punctual and reliable

Personal Attributes:

You will have a genuine passion for teaching
Experience up to key stage 3/4
QTS/PGCE equivalent
