Day Rate: £550 per day (Inside IR35)

Responsibilities
* Build, support, and lead multidisciplinary teams
* Remove blockers and drive continuous improvement
* Focus teams on delivery of high-value digital products
* Coach and mentor using agile and lean methodologies
* Align delivery with product lifecycle stages and business priorities
Requirements
* Demonstrable experience with Agile/Lean delivery (Practitioner level)
* Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
* Solid understanding of financial and commercial management
* Proven ability to manage complex planning and team dynamics
* Strong track record in driving delivery momentum and innovation
