About the Role

You will be joining a brand-new initiative focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through cutting-edge AI solutions. As Delivery Manager, you will play a vital role in setting up the team, defining objectives, and driving rapid delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Build, support, and lead multidisciplinary teams

* Remove blockers and drive continuous improvement

* Focus teams on delivery of high-value digital products

* Coach and mentor using agile and lean methodologies

* Align delivery with product lifecycle stages and business priorities

Requirements

* Demonstrable experience with Agile/Lean delivery (Practitioner level)

* Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills

* Solid understanding of financial and commercial management

* Proven ability to manage complex planning and team dynamics

* Strong track record in driving delivery momentum and innovation
