The Role

A growing MSP in Bolton is looking for an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to deliver a wide range of exciting projects for SME clients across the North West and be an escalation point for the service desk.

This is a project-focused role, not just a ticket-driven support position. You'll take ownership of projects through to delivery, working with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading infrastructure projects end to end
M365 and Azure migrations
Server builds, upgrades, and migrations
Network upgrades (firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs)
Office relocations and IT setups
Backup and disaster recovery implementations
Client-facing technical delivery and documentation

Required Skills

Proven MSP experience (essential)
Microsoft 365 & Azure
Windows Server
Hyper-V and/or VMware
Networking infrastructure
Veeam or similar solution
Strong communication and project delivery skills
UK driving licence
