We're working with a leading brand in the motor finance space that's on the lookout for a Customer Support Administrator to join their high-performing customer operations team on a 6 months rolling contract.
This is a great opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and customer-focused, who enjoys a mix of admin, data work, and case management.
You'll play a key role in handling sensitive cases (like vehicle collections and vulnerable customers), supporting internal teams, and producing accurate reporting to help shape business decisions.

Responsibilities:
Admin support across customer operations
Manage email inboxes, customer queries & documentation
Handle complex casework (deceased estates, fraud, collections)
Liaise with internal teams & third parties
Essential skills:
Strong admin and organisational skills
Comfortable handling sensitive or regulated information
Desirable skills:
Experience in motor finance, credit, or debt recovery
Knowledge of FCA regs & TCF principles
