HGV Technician – Day Shifts Location: Harlow
Salary: £48,500 – £52,000 Basic | OTE up to £58,200

We are recruiting an experienced HGV Technician to join a well-established fleet operation based in Harlow. This is a day shift role with a 45-hour working week, offering excellent earning potential, strong training support, and long-term stability.

The Role You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a modern HGV fleet, ensuring vehicles are maintained to the highest safety and operational standards.

Fleet includes:

Dennis (majority of the fleet)

DAF

Mercedes

Working Hours
Monday to Friday

Day shifts

45 hours per week

Callout rota: every other week

Salary & Benefits
£48,500 – £52,000 basic salary

£2,000 – £4,000 profit-related annual bonus

Callout allowance worth £2,200 per annum

OTE up to £58,200

Requirements
Level 3 qualification or equivalent (essential)

Proven experience as an HGV Technician
