Position: Mechanical Fitter

Location: Edinburgh

Hours: 10-11 hour shifts, 5-7 days/week

Start Date: 23.02.26

Duration: 2-3 months

PAYE Pay Rates:

Mon-Fri: £18.50/hr + £2.23/hr Holiday Pay = £20.73/hr

Sat-Sun: £27.75/hr

The Role:

Our client has a requirement for Mechanical Fitters for industrial shutdowns and maintenance contracts in Edinburgh and Fife locations. The work will involve installation, repair and maintenance on industrial boilers, steam pressure systems, valves, tanks, vessels and platforms.

Essential Requirements:

- CCNSG card

- Confined Space Entry certificate

- NVQ 3 / City & Guilds in Mechanical Fitting

- Experience of working on large industrial sites (cement, power, refinery, steel)
