Job Title: International Payroll Specialist 
Location: London, UK
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Healthcare + Annual Discretionary Bonus

A growing financial services firm is seeking a detail-oriented International Payroll & HR Specialist to join its London-based Finance team. This role will take ownership of payroll preparation across multiple international offices and manage key HR administration tasks. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable working both collaboratively and independently.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process monthly payrolls for multiple global entities (UK, EU, US, Middle East, Asia)
Liaise with international payroll providers (e.g., ADP, Vistra, Equiom)
Manage payroll accounting and balance sheet reconciliations
Maintain and update the HR database and employee records
Oversee joiner and leaver processes
Support the preparation of employment contracts in coordination with legal
Assist with year-end audit and payroll compliance tasks What You’ll Need
Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll/HR within financial services
Strong attention to detail and working knowledge of reconciliations
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Experience with Sage (preferred)
Knowledge of HR processes and data management
