This role requires strong leadership to develop junior chef

Key Responsibilities Include:

Lead the kitchen team, ensuring consistency in every dish.
Maintain Italian flavours while incorporating new and exciting ideas.
Oversee menu development, collaborating with senior leadership.
Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and health & safety.
Train, mentor, and develop the next generation of chefs.
Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team for an exceptional guest experience.What We're Looking For:
