Are you ready to lead a home where passion meets purpose?

An established, therapeutic Children’s Residential Services provider, regulated by Ofsted. We are looking for an exceptional Registered Manager, or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step up, to lead this initiative.

We are actively seeking visionary leaders who think outside the box and bring innovation and passion to care. If you are tired of standard care models and have a genuine desire to ensure every child truly prospers, you belong with us.

Our Unique, Personalised Approach

Our mission is to foster a nurturing, therapeutic atmosphere built on the pillars of Peace, Transformation, Impact, Compassion, and Excellence.

* Heart at the Centre: We operate small personal 2 to 3-bed homes, allowing us to focus intensely on the needs of children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and mild to moderate Learning Difficulties.

* Internal Matchmaking: We utilise a unique, thoughtful internal matching process to effectively pair each young person with the right environment and staff team, ensuring a stable and effective placement from day one. This personalised approach is a cornerstone of our success.

* Visionary Care: We love people who are innovative with vision. We believe in doing things differently to make a profound difference.

The Opportunity: Lead Our New Home

This is a chance to develop your skills in a challenging and rewarding field, leading a team dedicated to the highest standards of care.

Core Responsibilities:

* Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the Children’s Home, ensuring efficient operation in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies, and the Statement of Purpose.

* High-Quality Care: Provide high-quality, therapeutic care that advocates for the young people's well-being and implements tailored care plans.

* Compliance: Lead regulatory inspections, ensuring care, education, and health services are evidenced as high-quality.

* People Management: Provide strong, supportive, and motivating leadership; oversee staff development, training, supervision, appraisals, and manage rotas/structures.

* Therapeutic Practice: Promote and embed good therapeutic practice within the environment.

What You'll Bring

To be considered for this crucial role, you must demonstrate:

* Ideally a Level 5 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce (Leadership and Management) or willingness to complete this.

* At least two years of experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager.

* At least two years of experience working with children with EBD in registered children’s homes.

* A strong, current understanding of relevant legislation (Children Act 1989, Care Standards Act 2000, Ofsted framework).

* A full, valid Driving Licence.

What We Offer In Return

* Excellent Bonuses: Ofsted Bonus

* Performance bonus: Paid quarterly

* Development: Full Therapeutic Induction Programme and ongoing career progression and development opportunities.

* Generous holiday entitlement

* Company pension
