Cleaner Supervisor│ Falmer, Brighton - NIGHT SHIFT

A Basic DBS is essential for this role! We're looking for a reliable Cleaner Supervisor to help train & develop a growing team in Falmer, Brighton. This role offers full time hours on a night shift, making it ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments while still enjoying steady, weekly income.

Monday-Friday 17:30-2:15

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a team of Cleaners, alongside the line manager

Training & deveoloping the teams skillset

Giving feedback on performance

Managing attendance

Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping

Carrying out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks

Reporting deficiencies or repairs as required

Stocking and maintaining supply rooms

What we're looking for:

A Basic DBS (essential)

A keen eye for detail and pride in your work

Reliability and a positive attitude

Previous Supervisor experience
