A commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor is required for a long term contract to work on super prime residential projects in St George's Hill, Surrey

You will be adding your experience to strengthen and support the existing project team. Your surveying duties will include:

• Procuring & negotiating subcontract packages
• Placing subcontract orders,
• Carrying out subcontractor valuations,
• Authorising subcontractor payments including issuing all relevant notices
• Managing & controlling variations
• Issuing all relevant notices as deemed necessary to both subcontractors and client
• Final account settlements

This role represents a fine opportunity to join a business that has 20 years' experience within the uber prime property sector.

Skills and Attributes Required

• Minimum of 10 years' quantity surveying experience
• Able to demonstrate proven experience with a principal contractor within the super prime residential sector.
• Very strong commercially.
