Production Operator – Swindon – £24,627 + Benefits

What you’ll be doing:

* Preparation, assembly, and inspection of parts per defined procedures and instructions

* Pre- and post-coating processes including blasting, taping, and finishing

* Working closely with your team to follow the daily production plan

* General production and light assembly duties

* Monitoring production processes to ensure high quality standards

* Reporting equipment faults and adhering to Health & Safety regulations

* Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas

* Potential to develop into operating the Anodic Stripping Line

What you’ll bring:

* Experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly

* Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions accurately

* Good communicator and team player

* Ability to concentrate during repetitive tasks

* Basic computer skills to access documentation and instructions

* A responsible attitude towards safety and technical compliance
