The Business:
The organisation launched their first event just under a decade ago, so fairly new to the event scene. However, this quickly transpired into one of the most successful events in the industry.

From here, innovation and growth were at the forefront of everyone's minds, launching several new shows, very successfully too!

Now, as the years have passed, this group of people have seen the business grow into an award-winning environment. Everyone understanding the part they have to play, whilst having a ton of fun along the way.

Operating within Health, Wellness and the outdoors, these events are very exciting to work on and be a part of.

The Position:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for working with new and existing clients to drive revenue, build relationships and win new business.
There’s no shying away from this, event sales is a combination of quality and volume, you’ll need the right mindset, attitude and quality to succeed here.

You’ll be working as part of a team, support will be there all the way, they’re they to ensure you succeed and enjoy what you do.

The role will see you create opportunities through several channels, cold-calling, emails, LinkedIn, Networking and much more. You’ll need to be an effective communicator, proactive in your approach and someone who genuinely knows what it takes to be successful in stand sales.

You’ll actively work with new and existing clients to sell the USP’s of each event within the business and provide why they should attend and have a stand at the event.

The commission is favourable with it being uncapped and based off a percentage of the revenue you bring in.
  
About you:

Event / Media sales experience or similar
Sales experience is a must
Confident, Proactive and Positive mindset
Cold outreach experience
Target driven mindset
Team player
