Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Location: Manchester

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our client, a globally recognised multi-disciplinary consultancy expanding their Manchester team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Aviation or Infrastructure sectors bringing expertise in project leadership.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:

Drive business development initiatives and support the growth of the team.
Oversee JCT contracts, acting as Employer's Agent and/or Contract Administrator.
Monitor project progress, update programmes, and track risks, budgets, and actions.
Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial brief through to completion.
Deliver client-focused leadership, ensuring high-quality service and stakeholder satisfaction.
Prepare reports, chair meetings, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Procure and manage consultants and contractors effectively.

Role Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

Proven experience Aviation or Infrastructure experience.
Working towards or holding chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB, or equivalent).
NEC experience (preferred but not essential).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. What's on offer for the Senior Project Manager?
