ACCOUNT MANAGER (OFFICE BASED)
WEST YORKSHIRE
Salary Based on Experience + Pension Scheme + Benefits Package
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join the internal team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience within the self-adhesive labels or print and packaging industry and be confident managing customer relationships from enquiry through to delivery.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue accurate quotations and cost estimates for customers.
Process sales orders and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Handle customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional, timely manner.
Manage your own portfolio of key accounts, building strong and lasting relationships.
Support the sales and production teams with relevant administrative and clerical tasks.
Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Skills & Attributes:
Previous experience within the self-adhesive label or print industry is highly desirable.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong numerical and analytical ability.
Confident negotiator with a commercial mindset.
Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficient in estimating and MIS systems.
A strong team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently
