Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a strong generalist background and proven experience managing employee relations cases. Our client are leading in their industry within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities for a HR Advisor:
* Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees seeking HR advice.
* Guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee queries.
* Acting as a senior point of escalation where required.
* Lead and coordinate all ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and conduct issues.
* Conduct and oversee investigations, including interviews, note-taking, and preparing reports.
* Deliver HR, ER, and policy-related training sessions for managers and wider teams.
* Support monthly payroll processes.
* Act as a Mental Health First Aider, signposting and supporting employee wellbeing in line with company practices and boundaries.
Key Skills for a HR Advisor:
* Level 5 CIDP.
* Strong ER case management experience.
* Ability to coach managers effectively on HR processes and procedures.
* Experience delivering training or workshops.
* Experience supporting payroll.
