Nocturnal Recruitment Solutions are looking for fully flexible cleaning operatives who will be responsible for internal/external cleaning of designated buildings, streets and estates within various Boroughs in London.

Hourly rate: £16.39 – 18. p/h

36 hours a week, 8am – 3pm (need to be flexible for weekends also)

Roles and responsibilities:

* Corridors, utility rooms, balconies and pedways, entrances and lobbies, refuse stores, lifts/stairs and landings, storerooms, external areas and other areas and accommodation that might exist.

* Machine carpet cleaning, as well as cleaning of hard floors, ceilings, and furniture.

Cleaning duties using appropriate equipment and materials, to include:

* Sweeping of hard floors and walkways, damp and wet mopping of hard floors

* Collection and removal of bulk/bagged refuse from all areas on the estate.

* and walkways.

* Sweeping of external areas e.g. pathways/pavement/channels and courtyards.

* Scrubbing of internal and external hard floors, walkways and other areas as might be directed.

* Litter picking/leaf clearing.

* Washroom and toilet cleaning.

* Wall wash, high cleaning of walls, associated furniture, fixtures, fittings and internal window cleaning.

* Emptying of external litterbins and rotation of paladin refuse stores.

* Cleaning of major spillage, soilage and other deposits.

You Must Have:

* Previous cleaning experience as well as attention to detail

* Good communication skills both verbal and written

* Can work as part of a team as well as the ability to lone work

* Hold a valid DBS on the update service

* Valid right to work documents
