Helpdesk Coordinator

Helpdesk Coordinator will be paid up to £28k + Package + Holiday
A construction contractors who provide planned and reactive maintenance in the Rail, Education, Health, as well-performing small civil engineering works across the South and East of England are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Coordinator in there office in St Albans.
Helpdesk Coordinator will be responsible for:
*Helpdesk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and services requests received by telephone and email.
* Helpdesk Coordinator will be working with GTR Asset Pro live reporting system ensuring all assigned jobs are started and completed within the contract SLA
* Helpdesk Coordinator will sort and dispatch calls to engineers or sub-contractors based on the correct skills set, geographical location and service delivery arrangements
* Helpdesk Coordinator will prioritise urgent jobs and plan and dispatch operative/sub-contract support to address urgent demand.
* Helpdesk Coordinator will be have a proven track record in Facilities Management within an administration/helpdesk role and a strong CAFM system knowledge
Helpdesk Coordinator will need:
* Helpdesk Coordinator will have experience with planning and scheduling of engineers
* Helpdesk Coordinator will have Knowledge of facilities maintenance
* Helpdesk Coordinator will be required to attend training and Health and Safety courses from time to time as directed by the Contracts Manager
* Helpdesk Coordinator will have exceptional customer service and administration skills
* Helpdesk Coordinator will have previously used a CAFM system.
* Helpdesk Coordinator will be working 08:30-17:30
