Job Details

JobMatcha are recruiting for a Fabric Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role you will need to have experience in a similar role, be competent, qualified in relevant a trade, and able to deliver high-quality maintenance and reactive repairs across multiple disciplines.
Duties:

* To ensure reactive work orders and PPM’s are completed within the contract defined time SLA’s and KPI’s

* Ensure the quality of service delivered is to a high standard

* To ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to.

* Able to work form steps, scaffolding and other heights.

* To carry out any additional duties deemed to be reasonable by the Manager or Supervisor

* To assist during inclement weather to load the gritter and assist with the gritting where possible in and around the roadways and footpaths.

* To be able to work shifts Monday- Friday as a morning and afternoon shift and be able to be on call every third week and weekend.

Competencies and Requirements for the position:

* Must have Right to Work in the UK

* Must have time served as a fabric engineer or Fabric Maintenance Technician

* Qualified in relevant trades (i.e. Carpentry, Plastering, Decorating or equivalent)

* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

* An excellent understanding of Health and Safety.

* Competent in the use of computers and data handling including Microsoft Office systems.

* Clean Driving Licence
