Working as part of a busy team, you will be responsible for processing end to end payroll for over 1500 employees.

Description

The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for:

Processing end to end payroll on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis
Performing accurate payroll calculations
Coordinating overtime approval
Query resolution
Managing salary sacrifice schemes and third party deductions
Ensure all payroll transactions comply with tax laws and employment standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate payroll reports and statements.
Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments for payroll data inputs.
Monitor and manage the company's payroll system.
Perform audits and checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll data.
Assisting in payroll related project work
Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.Profile

A successful Payroll Coordinator should have:

A proven track record within a similar role
A solid understanding of payroll and tax procedures.
Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Office tools.
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
