We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to represent the client on a landmark residential scheme in Bristol, comprising four high-rise towers.

This is a client-side leadership role, responsible for managing the main contractor through delivery — ensuring programme, quality, and commercial objectives are met across all stages of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the client’s representative throughout the project lifecycle

*

Manage the main contractor’s performance against programme and budget

*

Oversee quality, health & safety, and design coordination

*

Lead project meetings and stakeholder communication

*

Report progress and risks to the client/development board

Ideal Candidate:

*

Proven experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use schemes

*

Strong background in managing contractors and design teams

*

Excellent understanding of construction process and project controls

*

Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management, or Engineering (or equivalent)

*

Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
