We’re a growing, purpose-led housing provider dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality accommodation to those who need it most. We’re now on the lookout for an experienced and people-focused Office Manager to take the reins and lead our operational teams across key service areas.

YOUR ROLE
You’ll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the business, managing and developing staff across four core operational areas:
Responsive Maintenance – ensuring timely, effective property repairs and upkeep
Procurement – overseeing supplier relationships and ensuring best value
Lettings – managing tenant onboarding and property allocations
Business Development – supporting sustainable growth and new opportunities
You’ll also be responsible for:
Leading, motivating, and supporting your team to meet and exceed KPIs
Developing and embedding new operational processes and systems
Creating structure and accountability through effective leadership
Helping shape our planned maintenance strategy
Working closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement
